Drive has a module for dashboards that allows you to create specific charts and track things like WIP and client debt. You can view any of these in Dashboards on the navigation toolbar on the left.
To create one, go to Tools > Dashboard Settings.
The Dashboard Settings window will appear. It shows all current dashboards and gives the option to add a new one with the icon in the top left, open a dashboard with the
icon, or delete one with the
icon.
When you click the new icon, the Add Dashboard Setting screen will open. Input the name of your dashboard and use the Available Charts to choose what you would like to report on. To choose, highlight the relevant chat and use the arrows to move into the Selected Charts column.
You can remove a chart by highlighting it and using the arrows to move it out. The Move Up and Move Down buttons on the bottom right will let you change the positions of each one.
The Access Rights tab will give you the option to Apply Access Rights with the tickbox shown.
This will allow you to limit who can see your dashboard. You can select which group can view them here by ticking the boxes beside each one. You can also click the Select Access Groups hyperlink to Add, Edit, or Delete Access Groups from here.
When you're finished, click OK. Your new dashboard will show under Dashboards on the left.
Click the name and you can view all charts chosen.
If you need to edit or update the dashboard in the future, you can go to Tools > Dashboard Settings, highlight the relevant dashboard, and select Open. You will then be able to change the charts and placement.
