You have the option to click the Merge button when clicked into a Datamine in order to mail merge the generated list of records with specific documents before sending.
The Select Mail Merge Document window appears. From here you can add, edit, delete, and design different documents. Select the document to mail merge with the generated list of your data mine. You can also select signatory, signature, contacts, and subjects to input in the document.
When ready, click OK.
The mail-merged document will populate with the detail – similar to that we see below.
