There are a few steps to resolve this and you will need to try each one to see what works
- First re-generate the PDF from where it was originally created. E.g BrightAP, other accounts production software.
- Ensure that the document is not saved on a shared location, one drive etc. instead we recommend saving a copy to your desktop.
- If the above steps fail you may have to print off the pdf and scan to you pc.
