Clearing and Restoring an Event Submission Number
If you need to restore a submission number under specific circumstances, such as when signing is completed through CORE or CRO server issues, follow these steps:
If the full submission was done through CORE but want to see the submission in CoSec, create a dummy event and follow step 4.
### Step 1: Note the Draft ID
- **Access E-Filing**:
- Click on the E-Filing tab.
- Note down the Draft ID associated with the submission. Keep it safe, as you won't be able to retrieve it later.
### Step 2: Clear Submission Number
- **Access Utilities**:
- On the home screen, click on `Tools > Utilities > Clear Submission Number`.
- Enter the Draft ID you noted earlier.
- Hit OK and confirm by clicking Yes once the correct company name is displayed.
### Step 3: Update Event Status
- **Verify E-Filing Submission**:
- You will notice the submission number is no longer showing on E-Filing, leaving a blank space where the Draft ID was.
- **Change Event Status**:
- Go into the Company and click on "Events".
- Change the event status from "Sent to CRO" to "Ready to E-File”.
### Step 4: Restore Submission Number
- **Restore SR Number**:
- Click on E-Filing and highlight the event in question.
- Right-click on the event and select "Restore Submission Number".
- Enter the SR Number and click Restore.
Following these steps will manually update the Relate system with the correct SR Number for the event
