Where to Check/Change/Validate CRO Presenter Details

If receiving any errors relating to invalid CRO Credentials/Presenter Details or if any changes have been made, a new password etc, follow to steps below to enter or validate these credentials

1. On the Home Screen go to Tools-> Presenters and highlight the relevant presenter.
2. Click the edit button at the top of the screen.
3. CRO Credentials can be seen at the bottom left of the Presenter edit screen.
4. To check if you details are correct, click the validate credentials option.
5. If credentials are valid no need to update.
6. If invalid, please re-enter both the Email and Password and validate again.
7. If the issue persists please contact relate support.
