- To check or update the status of a filing on CoSec, first go to the e-filing screen.
You will see a “Check Status” button at the top of the screen.
Clicking this will check the status of all submissions. To check one in particular, first search for the name of the company so only it is showing and then click Check Status.
2. Submission Statuses Explained
Ready for E-Filing: The document is prepared and will appear in the E-Filing section for submission.
Sent to CRO: The accounts, including the signature page, have been forwarded to the CRO.
Received by CRO: The document is now available in the CRO account.
Logged with CRO: The document has been registered with the CRO. This status will update once a status check is performed.
Submission Error: The submission has been returned due to an error.
Completed: This status is set manually. Ideally, it should be marked as completed only when the document is registered, but users can choose to set it as completed for various reasons, such as removing it from the diary or E-Filing screen. Therefore, this status does not necessarily indicate the document's current status with the CRO.
