09. Officer Not Found in CRO Record
When sending a submission to CRO, Officer Details must match what is on CRO records
Select Companies
Click the Company in question to highlight it within the Company Browse
Now that you have located the company, you can compare CRO details and Company Secretary Details by clicking CRO Details
This will allow us to Compare CRO Data with our own in Relate Company Secretary
Note: It’s important that officers name includes the Same characters as they do on CRO Data
Do keep an eye out for any special characters which may be included in the name as these characters often cause errors if the names AND characters are not matched up exactly including Hyphens and Fadas
If your submission is rejected due to an invalid director name, confirm the name exactly matches CRO records, including punctuation. Use the Update CRO Data tool if needed.
