If when e-filing a B1 you get errors relating to the ARD, please check the following.
In the relevant company, ensure on the general2 tab the Previous Annual Return Date is the same as the last B1 event created even if in Draft Status.
On the event itself, ensure the "Annual Return Made Up To" date does not exceed the Financial Year End date by more than 6 months.
On the Companies Browse screen, use the CRO Details button to check that the NARD matches between what CRO are expecting and what is entered on CoSec.
Finally, check that all B1 submissions have been successfully registered with the CRO. If any or missing or not fully filed you will need to complete these B1s before proceeding.
