Bills can be emailed to your client, directly from the Drive system. Follow the below steps to achieve this.
In the bill section, highlight your bill and select the Print button as shown here.
Choose your template from the Template dropdown and select Email.
When you click the email button, the system will launch an automatic DRIVE email with the invoice attached. This is a quick and easy way of getting your invoices to your client in a timely manner.
Note: There is an option in settings to make the generated document read-only which means it cannot be changed once sent.
